TAEKWONDO REQUIRES CONCENTRATION, STRENGTH, SPEED, AND MEMORY

Practice is essential both in and out of class.

 

Watch and learn Taekwondo basic, blocks, kicks, stances, and forms from Master Nam through our YouTube channel. Do not advance to the higher belt levels because learning just your current level will be challenging enough and you won’t be tested on the upper belt levels until you advance to them.

The videos were made in 2020. They include all modifications that the World Taekwondo Federation (WTF) implemented in 2019.

TAEKWONDO TIP

Act like a Black Belt and you shall become one.

FORM TIP

Always practice at least two Forms in a row, in sequence—you will always be tested in order.

TESTING TIP

Practice your Ki Hop loud during practice and you will never be nervous during testing.
